About Me
During my PhD, I was a research assistant on the NHS-VMI partnership evaluation at Warwick Business School (WBS) where I led the organisational network research segment of the evaluation. My research focuses on understanding organisational change in healthcare settings by drawing social network, institutional and leadership theories.
In addition to this line of research, I have an interest in organisational culture and knowledge-sharing processes such as exchange, translation and mobilisation; as well as examining how teams, departments and organisations improve, adopt and implement practices to enhance their performance.
In my free time, I go on virtual running adventures when it's warm, and I follow Youtube workout routines when it's cold. However, all year round, I watch Asian dramas and read personal development and business books such as Atomic Habits, The 12 Week Year, The Compound Effect and The 80/20 Principle.
